Don't wait to clean up after a spill. Treating it immediately could mean saving your rug from a permanent stain.
Use a white cloth to blot up liquid spills
With solids, remove as much as you can. Then with a damp white cloth (use the maufacturers recommended cleaner) wipe the area gently, starting at the outside edge of the stain and working towards the middle. Don't saturate the area. For heavier stains, you may have to repeat this process a few times
To dry treated area, place an absorbent white cloth on the area. For quicker drying times, use a fan or hairdryer
Professional Cleaning
Natural fiber area rugs should never be cleaned using hot water extraction methods.This will cause shrinkage and even stain your natural fiber rug.

Upon arrival, orders should be inspected immediately for damage. Packages are to be unwrapped and unrolled to detect concealed freight or carrier damage.
Defective products requiring replacement must be reported to our office within 10 days and before any cutting or installation has taken place. Defects caused by improper installation or maintenance will not be honored. Please take note that color of rug purchased may differ from your samples or the pictures on our website, due to natural changes occurring during seasonal growing conditions that can result in color variations.
RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that there will be times when a customer is not completely satisfied with thier purchase and will want to return it. That's why we give you up to 30 days to return your product.
What should you do if you want to return a product? First, call customer service at (800) 601-6062, so we can get the refund process started. Then, send the rug back to us in the original packaging material and in the condition that it was recieved.
No Returns
Custom size rugs, custom area rug bindings or made-to-order rugs with 14 color bindings cannot be returned.
Sale items: all sale transactions are final with no returns or exchange.

Usually rug orders are shipped within 2-3 days from our California facility. You should allow from 5-14 business days for your merchandise to arrive for custom-made rugs or when you choose the binding colors. Customers are notified in the event of a delay.
Items that you may have ordered together may arrive in separate packages. Larger items are shipped by freight carrier.
Additional surcharges are sometimes charged by freight carrier if delivery is difficult.
