CARE & MAINTENANCE
With proper care, you can expect your vinyl floor tiles to last for years.  For cleaning and maintenance, we recommend regular sweeping or vacuuming to eliminate dust.  When dealing with heavy dirt, use a sponge mop or a regular damp mop with a vinyl floor tile cleaner.  Avoid using abrasive cleaning equipment such as hard brushes and scouring pads as these will cause your tiles to lose their gloss. 

Recommended for household situations, tiles are not designed to withstand areas which are frequently subjected to heavy dirt and sand that can affect their luster. 

If gloss deteriorates, we recommend that you wash your floor, followed by a light buff of lamb’s wool pad.  For added luster, apply a coat of vinyl floor finish.  Waxing is not recommended for vinyl floor tiles.

Vinyl Floor Tiles – A Timeless Classic

Natural Home Rugs vinyl floor tiles are easy to install and with proper care will last for years. The classic 12” X 12” size is the most complimentary for most rooms and provides a cost effective solution to your flooring needs. Our vinyl tiles come in 24 favorite designs, so there’s something for everyone.

Here are some tips for keeping your floor tiles looking their best for years to come:

  • Keep them clean with regular sweeping or vacuuming.
  • Wash with a regular damp mop using a vinyl floor tile cleaner.
  • Don’t use abrasive cleaners and hard brushes or scouring pads as these will remove the tiles glossy surface.
  • A light buffing with a lamb’s wool pad will keep your tiles glossy. For added shine, apply a coat of vinyl floor finish. Never use wax on vinyl floor tiles.

    • Although our vinyl floor tiles are ideal for everyday household applications, we don’t recommend them for heavy traffic areas that are continuously subjected to dirt or sand.
